plans are good..intent is good too - and filling our day with meaningful and useful things to do is good...

but unless we take real decisive action against us drinking again. the results are pretty predictable.

I recommend you think about what kinds of things, thoughts feelings and events lead you back to drinking again...how could you deal with things differently...how could you lead yourself into making better healthier decisions and choices?

do you need more support? do you need to make more changes in your life to be reflect your desire to be sober?

Only you can answer those questions Kost - but focus on action - that's where the road out of hell starts
