Very good idea. A little low on money right now since I don't start my new job until Monday... But it may be worth scrounging up some money to do so. If I was still drinking I'd find money for that, soooo..

The dr also prescribed librium, which is a common med given with alcohol withdrawal. If your anxiety keeps ratcheting, it's something to ask your dr about. Good luck!!
Thank you for the suggestion about the YouTube meditations, may try one of them tonight if I can't sleep. Funny you mentioned theanine, my therapist recently told me about a tea that has that in it. Drank a couple mugs of that tea today and it really does help! Maybe so I'm not up all night peeing I'll try it in pill form thanks again!
