day 10
So thanks everyone for the support and really just talking to me. I learn alot about my addiction and its nice to talk to people who understand.
Day 10 is down easy. The more I think about it I dont want to go back to living like that. I can do much better. Started a new job today. It was so much easier going to work without a hangover. Even though i only got 4 hours of sleep. Stupid insomnia. I have a feeling Im going to passout early tonight. Still tired and foggy but everyday seems a little better. Still havent mustered enough energy to hit the gym but soon though.

Great going on 10 days. Try going for short walks if you can't get to the gym. It really helped me get the blood flowing and is great if you have any cravings.
Coin, sounds like you've reached a turning point, inside. The new job will also help to keep you occupied. The gym REALLY helps me, and simply going for a hike locally, and checking out the beautiful local vistas really warms my soul and reminds me just how great being sober is.
Keep going!
Keep going!
