Went to the Dr he was suppose to give me a shot. I'm horrible with pills of any sort. I relapsed last night after an argument with my husband. Got waisted took 900mg of seroquel. In my mind it made me sleep and it only took 3 minutes. It gave me scary dreams reality dreams of me looking down at myself. I saw things that wernt there when I reached for them. I'm here I would love to talk. My husband won't take me to the er even though my speech is slurred and I can't walk straight.he's worked all day. Yes i know I'm off kilter I just can't let myself die in front if my kids.

I'm sorry your feeling so bad. What kind of shot was your dr supposed to give you? You said you can't take pills but then took 900mg of seroquel? I'm confused.

A seroquel shot that lasts 6 weeks but he only had pills to give me. I've cs 5 times guess I'm a cat with nine lives

900 mg? With booze? Um, that can kill you. You did that last night right? But you're asking to go to the ER now? Have you taken more Seroquel? Pls don't. If you need medical attention call 911 or a cab or something.

Do you mind if I ask why you take Seroquel ? It is used for different stuff so just curious why you would even approach such a huge dosage. I also never knew it could be given in a slow release shot. Does your dr. Know you're an alcoholic?

I started taking it in rehab years ago I stayed sober I took it for 4 1/2 yr's I then quit taking it thinking I could do it by myself I'm smart.

Rehab might be just what you need now, if you really want to be present for your kids.

if you keep taking whatever is handy (and washing it down with booze) you're going to die.

We can give you all the support you need - but you need to start making different choices.

I think you need rehab.

So you started taking it in rehab to treat what? It's a powerful anti psychotic used to treat all kinds of mental illness from schitzophrenia, BPD, bipolar etc. I use very small doses, 25-50 mg for sleep. 900 mgs would last me quite a while.

My mom took a handful of Seroquel pills and died two months later in ICU after being in a coma.

Your post is seriously concerning.

Please listen to Dee and consider rehab.

high doses of Seroquel can give ya permanent movement problems, please see a doctor and get yourself some help!

I hope you have read what others have contributed and take some action regarding your latest episode. I know nothing about serequel, but this sounds serious. Check in regularly if you can.
