Congratulations on one year. That's huge. There are a lot of uncomfortable spots in recovery/sobriety. It isn't easy. It is, however, worth it. Keep going!

Congratulations!!! You did what you had to do and you see that recovery is a journey not a destination. God promises to change us so slowly we won't even know it is happening but when we look in the rear view mirror the change is amazing. Unfortunately pain is part of life but pain also brings growth not always welcome but growth none the less. As long as we are moving forward we are not moving backward

That is great! I once made it 365 days. I drank on day 366. Of course, my problems came right back. I hope to join you in 7 months! One year is a huge achievement and you should be proud of yourself.👍
