Havent been around

Sorry I havent been around much guys.

I was extremely busy starting with coaching t ball (oh what a hoot that is), setting up my summer baseball league (yes great to get back on the diamond again after the winter), vacation cruise, work audits, and well life!

Im still sober. I have no idea how long I have. I rarely think about it and never try and count the days.

Life is good. I hope you are all doing well.

Newbies- stick with it- you will never regret it.

Its fun! Watching other teams, everyone runs after the ball and piles on it. I taught my kids that only two people are allowed to run after the ball. And surprisingly they all listened (we practiced this as well).

My daughter wanted to play as long as she could have a pink bat and a pink glove. Makes me proud. She comes to watch me play on Sundays during my season and she really likes it.

That sounds like a lot of fun.

ps. Not to derail this thread but I have concerns that once I go back to work I will end up drifting away from this site. I hope not, but I can see it happening.

I understand. Its tough to get everything done in the day- it only has 24 hours and we need 7 of it to sleep. 8 of it to work. Thats 9 hours left to eat three meals, drive back and forth to work, make your meals, talk to your family, walk your dogs, clean the house, exercise, go shopping...

All I can say is that just try.
