I'm sexy again!
Since quitting wine, I've lost a total of 20 pounds so far. I feel so much better about myself. i love my new sober body! Just had to share. I feel pretty darn proud of that.

For me it wasn't just the wine, it was my mindset after getting a good buzz on. I ate like a pig when I drank. Cheese, crackers, nachos, all of it. Every wine binge would end in a food binge. Gross.

Same here, just forgot the pass out part. Lol. I've been sober for six months so I've lost 20 pounds in that time. It was a vicious cycle and I'm glad I'm out of it. I'm back in the drivers seat and in control of my life again.

Great job on 6 months. My beer belly is all but gone as well. No more dark circles under my eyes. No more dead eyes. Life can be very very good (ok lets be hoenst IT IS GREAT) without alcohol.

I didn't eat while drinking- but the next day hangover I ate just as you described
