Hello all:
Just working my plan. I haven't posted on a bit so here it goes.
I have been well, flexing my sober muscles at birthdays and get togethers. My car broke down yesterday and it was really stressful but it worked out. I didn't even have a craving. AV has been pretty quiet but this is the time that I have to be most vigilant. We went to a bday party and people were drinking. It was interesting because again, my hubby had plans to leave by a certain time and not drink. He didn't even bring booze but the host offered him some and once he started we ended up staying there later. I even left and came back to pick him up. ..
It's easy to quit! Hard to stay quit... But now IS the time and I will not drink today.
