That beyond bites, my dear! Do something extra nice or kind to yourself if at all possible. Put healthy liquids in your body, not booze. Eat well. Nourish yourself. Cry as much as you need to. Call friends and/or family. Don't hold all your hurt and anger bottled up inside. Glad you felt free to come here and post. Big hugs! I have empathy.

The disbelief, horror, anger, humiliation is enough.. Don't add drunk to it. Being drunk would be lethal for you, as you are probably in shock right now.

I've learned this makes no sense........alcohol only masks reality and pulls me into the dark, dank and hopeless side of life. I've experience joy through overcoming pain though the short run may be difficult.

Hope you'll stay on the sober side while you continue your pray and seek guidance.

I just needed to breathe and take some me time, I chose to do right by me and not drink last night, I did get angry and I did yell, which he then tried to make me feel like I was wrong in doing. I will get past this.... thank you all for the wonderful support..... I love you guys
