Hello there! I'm glad I found this place. I am nearly 40 and on my 4th an better if last recovery. I quitted on 29th February as I realized how bad I felt. I have always been a so called functioning alcoholic... but I started noticing yellowish eyes an other quite bad alarm signals...therefore I stopped my usual " few beers and a little wine" evening habit and "many beers and many glasses of wine" on weekends starting from early morning. I still feel crawling invisible things when I get nervous and have a sort of skin rush.. but I am here and that's a good thing. Thanks for reading!
