Ready for day 1 - today
Health assessment not due for couple of weeks - I don't want to wait that long cos I hate this thing and I don't want to drink today . I had been cutting down a bit and I want to do this . If I feel unwell I will seek some medical attention. Had a few days a of withdrawal last time around. I feel in my heart I'll be ok .

I met colleagues for some coffee - in a hotel bar which took me by surprise when I found myself at the bar. 1 coffee and refillable pepsis I came home happy . 1 day down . Fully determined and ready for today. Slept poorly but not as bad as I thought I would . It's nice checking in first thing in morning knowing I got through the day .
