I am now at 13 weeks sober. I have my next counseling session this Friday.

I am definitely getting healthier during this time. Dropped 12 pounds and blood pressure is down at normal levels. Mental clarity is also much better.

One if my distractions has been to start a side business and the ball is rolling well with this endeavor.

Keeping to the plan...one day at a time.

We can do this folks!
