Day 8 & 9 -
Took a screen break yesterday to see if it would help the headaches.
Woke up Sunday at 7am. Braved a friend's birthday dinner the night before and was actually a-okay turning down drinks and opting for water.
Watched Inside Out with my niece and nephew on Sunday and made pancakes and breakfast tacos (weird mix but gotta love kids).
Spent the rest of the day at a Shelter for women. Came home exhausted and finally saw my SO. After a week we were both exhausted so I threw something together for dinner and we both collapsed.
I miss our quality time but that's another front to conquer.
Feeling great on Day 9. Really need to find a craft project though... Quilting?

I don't think I'm cut out for quilting (pun intended) - but I need a non food non reading project. My house is now spotless, I work 75 hours a week, I volunteer, sustain a relationship, and have friends... But I'm an introvert and I need an activity..

I think I'm looking for an activity because I have cut back so much on my social life. My friends are all heavy drinkers and even before I decided to stop I was tired of socializing with them. My SO is also into the quiet life these days which works well for us.
Quilting probably is too ambitious. Adult colouring books bore me. I read all the time. I just want something hands on.
