7 days!
Using an app called Sober Tool. Shows your days sober and amount saved.

Feeling pretty darn good today! I got past my AV really coming at me the last couple days. I am losing weight - almost 3 lbs this week! :-)
I've noticed I am not very hungry lately, so I'm just going with that instead of forcing myself to eat more than I feel like. When I was drinking a lot, I was ALWAYS HUNGRY. Like a bottomless pit. Kinda like I was a bottomless pit all around, for alcohol and for food.
I am trying to look at this as a toxin that I can not put into my body, or I will get sick and have long-term effects. Like a food allergy.
I am on here multiple times per day, and it really, really helps! Thank you!

I find the same thing. Reading here always helps me. I have been doing it everyday (with the exception of when I didn't have internet access) since I found this site. I'm also happy for you staring to see the results of quitting. I always been just so I didn't lose much weight but I did notice my skin looking so much better.
Yay to your first week!!! Keep up the good work and rely on us as much as you need to. The beauty of this place is that there's always somebody around .
