Well so far so good been eating well which is good nice not to wake up dehydrated I would wake up at 3am thirsty and drink a couple of beers move the bed in the spare room yesterday and found a beer can under it didn't realize how much time I spend hiding drink If my wife had found it I would have been mortified anyway have a good sober day everyone

Enjoy the basics which feel so great -- sleep, hydration, and no hangover! They say it's the simple things in life which give the most pleasure....so very true!
