Day 3 Turning Point?

Today is my third day sober, and I'm feeling MUCH better. Got 9 hours sleep last night. The IV vitamins, amino acids, etc. are obviously helping the physical withdrawal. They're also very highly touted to help reduce cravings.

Odd thing. If you offered me a drink right now, I honestly wouldn't be that interested. I'm thinking about booze a lot less. Normally, I remain obsessed for many weeks and this obsession coupled with craving would kick me into a relapse.

So, cautiously optimistic that I'm on the right track. If, at the end of detox, I'm ready to work the recovery plan, I think I might just win this time!

I'm very glad to hear that things are going so well, SoberinSyracuse.

Give your recovery plan all that you have and then some.
