Interesting additional link add on to scrapbook. These brothers have done some amazing things and strong credentials = Stanford and Duke to start with.

I actually applied this to my business and sobriety:
I had to identify what caused me to drink so much and how can i change it. The answer was simple, stop drinking.
The hard part is to remain sober so i had to look into other's sobriety plan, take what i could fit into my plan and work it. Now Im over a month sober and everyday im working my recovery plan!
