day 30

Quit smoking yesterday. The past couple days have been rough. Couple sister in-laws stopped by this afternoon, the wife broke out the wine. I drank seltzer/cranberry and stayed busy in the kitchen. It went ok, better get used to it because they're coming back on xmas eve with their spouses.

Way to go on a great choice

I think we'll all be a bit relieved after the holidays... looking forward to that sense of fresh and new that comes with Jan. 1st. This will be our sober year and smoke free one for you, I think it was extra wise of you to get a head start.

That's what I am talking about!! Congrats on 30 days - I just hit that as well. Cranberry and soda water is one of my go to drinks now as well.

Congrats to you! I don't mind others drinking in my house - but I do ask that opened containers not be left sitting around. You didn't really say if it bothered you or not.

It bothers me some, I've drank a lot of beer with these folks over the years. Just sort of going through the process of informing people that are important to me.
