The proof is in the blood work.

I have worked my tail feather off for these results.

Cholesterol has dropped by 38 pts
Triglycerides dropped by 132 pts (wow!!)

And the best ? My liver enzymes are in the below normal range !?!?!?

I'm back.

I had no idea heavy drinking affected cholesterol. Amongst a myriad of other ailments.

My resting heart rate is no longer 103. It's 52.
My blood pressure is no longer 193/110. Is 104/70.

Guess there's something to be said about "clean" living.
