Day 29
I'm SO close to 30 days that I just had to post this morning. I'm up very early to work on a project that is due this afternoon. If I were hungover I would never be at my desk by 7:30AM. The last 5 days have been tough because I've had a lot of AV thoughts swirling in my head but I think they have finally passed for now. I guess you have to just ride them out and don't let them get the best of you. That's my approach so I'm going to run with it.
For my 30 days tomorrow my husband is taking me out on a date to see a movie and have dinner and it will be all wine free! This particular theater serves drinks and food to your seats. The last time we went I ordered a bottle of wine and I was the only one drinking it! I can't even imagine how foolish I must have seemed. I'm grateful I'll never do that again.

Congrats on 29 / 30 days DB! That's a great accomplishment, you should be proud. Good job on riding out the cravings as well. Just remember, they are only thoughts and you choose not to act on them.
