Last night was hard

Well im on 1 week and 2 days alcohol free and a week today cigarette free!!! Last night was tough though, Fridays have always been my party nights!!! I just read my book and made sure I didn't think or listen to that voice in my head that was trying to tell me I've done so well I can drink now. This morning I get up fresh again thank god. I've just had a week off work though that's probably helped.... dreading going back and having my confidence knocked again. .....
