In Need Of Support
I've been in search of the path to sobriety for quite some time. I've been stumbling & trying to reach out to others to finally begin gaining ground. I've never been a part of something like this before; however, I have been to NA. I'm not sure what to post or how to post what I need to say. Maybe a few questions from others would help? Thank you to all of my warriors!

Welcome to SR!! I lurked here, for months, before joining so you are way ahead of me.
I suggest you read around the site. You can click on "new posts" on the blue ribbon at the top (took me forever to figure that out) and see the latest posts.
I'd never been on a forum, didn't know what to ask or say, so I read a lot and there is some really good stuff here.
BTW, I'm a recovering crack addict and codependent, and I've found I "fit" in a lot of places. I think you will find the same.
Since you mentioned it, what is your DOC (drug of choice, including alcohol)? How long have you been using? Does NA help?
