First time posting
Hi all. I haven't posted until now because I was afraid of failing. I'm feeling less likely to fail so wanted to share that I've been alcohol free for 3 months today.
That works out to 180 bottles of wine I haven't imbibed. It's scary when I think about that amount.
I'm feeling better, more alert, my skin is clearer, I remember what my children tell me at night and I've lost 12 pounds.
Thank you all for sharing your stories as I lurked.

Glad you came out of the closet... so to speak.
And, I hope you won't be shy anymore. I think there are a lot of people here that you can help by sharing your experience and views.
