Hi guys,

I went to gp yesterday and had medication reduced. They think the side effects are causing me problems and have suggested eventually trying something else. Usual rules apply for me though. Get up , make sure I get to work and try fight depressive thoughts, this is true regardless of medication

327 days today, closing in on a year that's hit me harder than I thought!

I had the same thing after 2 months & I also had to take a lower dose for a week then they changed it but I might be getting headaches as a side effect from my new current one but I have a Dr apt booked to discuss it
