Hey all

Day 2 and still going. Had some thoughts earlier eg wouldn't a glass or 2 of wine be nice ... but then thought of the trip for more wine after the first glass, how it most certainly wouldn't stop at 2. I have a really busy day tomorrow and need a clear head so there's no way I'm drinking right now xx

Adelina, good job in thinking it through. I had the hardest time realizing that I could never stop at just one or two glasses of wine. Always ended up finishing the bottle on the days I tried moderating.

Keep going! Day two is terrific.

I know what your saying, I'm at the point where one bottle isn't even enough after the first glass I'm off to buy the second bottle!!

Two days behind you. Keep up the good work.

That's one thing I always keep in mind.
How I used to drink till blackout. One was never enough and two...three......four...just kept going.
I love not having hangovers anymore.
