Found SR 1 year ago! Wish I could say it's my 1 yr sober bday but I didn't get it right this year. I shoved the drinking memories to the back of my head and thought "It will be different this time". NOPE! Today is day 32. I've got a sponsor now and going to meetings. (Going to a new one today and nervous). I'm an overly anxious introvert and used alcohol to escape.

I'm so blessed to have found this community!! If it wasn't for SR. I would still be in that crazy binging cycle. You guys have given me the courage to go forward in my recovery and also to seek out face to face support.
