Just a Little Something I've Been Wanting to do:
Sorry Mods, if this isn't the right place for this. Feel free to move it if it isn't. Thanks.
Hopefully I am able to help out here in a more inter-active fashion. We can put a face behind the "Squizz" character.
Hope you guys enjoy this stuff! -Matt

Thank you guys so much for the positive feedback!
I will get more in-depth as it goes on. This was sorta' of winging it, because I used my dad's new computer to make the video. My main reasoning for making the videos, is because earlier this year, I was doing some research, and I called a bunch of "help" lines to inquire about their services.
Well, what I came to find out, is that yes, these places would help people, but often an an extremely high price. Well, that doesn't exactly jive with me. I want to provide help/insight where I can FOR FREE to people who are interested.
And that's not to say my word is gospel. Of course not. But I certainly can share some of my own experiences via social media to hopefully help someone who is in need.
The video blog will not be 100% recovery focused, but it will be a major portion of the episodes, because I am very passionate (I think that should be pretty obvious, HAHA) about helping people with substance abuse problems. It's my way of paying it forward to all of the wonderful people who've helped me a long the way.
And I'm not going to ask for money in order to help, because I think that's nothing but a load of nonsense. To me, money and recovery don't mix. So thanks for the input guys, and hopefully I'll be able to work on this stuff some more, and maybe be a little more organized next time around. Thanks! -Matt
