100 Days!
Loved this post!
I've found such a difference between trying to do this on my own and having a support group. Another thing is to never stop trying; sooner or later the miracle will happen.
Congratulations and keep on growing in your sobriety and your serenity.

Wow Casey! I just read this post and was motivated to go back and read some others you've posted. The tale of nine days ones (I think it was called) was amazing. I found so much to relate to. I can't count the number of day ones I've had over the last 15 years. I did manage one year dry in 2011 but in looking back and figuring out what went wrong, I realize it was a year of abstinence, not recovery. Your 100 days post is inspiring. I will be 41 in November. And, well... I wanna be like you. Thank you for giving me hope. I wish you nothing but continued success and happiness.
Happy Birthday and happy 100th day.
It really makes a difference to plug in to this forum. I used another forum for a different life issue, and I learned so much about myself and others by being there every day, and by posting. Posting makes a huge impact psychologically. I just knew this was what I needed for alcohol recovery.
You are a bright light here, Casey. Keep it going!

Huge congrats and happy birthday, Casey!
You are so diligent in posting and supporting others on SR. You've worked hard to get to this point and I believe you are well-positioned to keep right on going :-)

Congrats Casey.......the more people hear about these successes, the harder they will try living the sober life. I too liked your comment about absitence and recovery. That's a true that statement. I hope to graduate to recovery, your post help remind that recovery is the true goal
Happy birthday CaseyW and Congratulations!
It's incredible to look back and see your own progress. Sometimes a day in the process or day 1 can be the biggest accomplishment because we all start somewhere and things happen that can make or break us. You times that by 100 great job !!
I appreciate your advice and posts.
Props to the always inspiring Dee and Soberwolf! !
