cravings

End of day two n cravings pretty strong...even though I don't want to drink...I think about the relaxing good times...I'll be strong.

I'm still reading. But so far these have been awesome tips. My cravings are intense...along with irritability. Lasts about ten minutes though seems like forever. Once it's passed I'm OK and glad I didn't fall.

Cravings are just feelings and don't have to become actions. The more you go thru, the stronger you get. After a while you won't crave it at all.

Can you try doing something when you get a craving? Physical stuff works for me, clean out a cupboard, take the dog out............. But having a nice bath works too.

Make sure you're not hungry or thirsty as your body can respond with a craving, even though food would fix it. Relaxation will help too - try slow deep breaths.
