Fell off the wagon.....Crashed and burned.....Been drinking last couple months. Its hard during the summer.....Knew i wouldnt be able to keep it under control. Right back where i started. Dam it!
Welcome back!!
So what's been the plan these last few months? have you had any support or simply trying to do it on your own?!!
For me I couldn't get far in isolation, my mind would convince me of all the fairytale reasons as to why drinking was now a good idea after a period of time, instead I needed to have a second opinion on things, something outside of myself to keep me focused on the task at hand, almost short circuit my own thought processes when I felt like drinking!!

Welcome back! Today is a new day and a new start. Staying very close to SR has worked very well for me. Making my plan and writing all the negatives about drinking and the positives about being sober has helped a lot too. There are no negatives about being sober, that's for sure so my list is long and I add to it frequently.

Hi 40 rocks, I see you joined quite a while ago so you must have felt you had an issue you needed to be addressed. I also see you live in Canada and you say its hard to quit during the summer, I live in Minnesota and I think it would be harder in the winter...cooped up for months. In the summer at least you can get out and do something productive. Just my 2 cents.
