Future tripping all night

What are the chances of me getting joint custody? It's in the best interest of the child far as I can see.

I have no idea about likely outcomes Strat.

I do know that you worrying about it is not going to affect the outcome either way tho...

you have my best wishes and prayers that things go your way

I sometimes future trip as well. One of the things that has helped me not get too tripped out into the future, is acknowledging I will deal with the particular circumstance (good or bad) when it happens.
Hoping you get joint custody.

I don't know your situation but I used to Intern for a center and I would sit in on custody hearings. Everything just depended on the judge. I've seen different judges make completely different calls on similar cases. Sorry I know that doesn't help, it's just something you can't really try to figure out.

Not sure how things work in the UK but here custody and visitations are different things.... One parent can have full custody but both parents can legally have the right to spend time with the child.

In my case we share custody which means that we both have a say in medical issues or schooling decisions. My kids are with me the majority of the time but see their dad regularly. If I were in your shoes I'd start with getting a court ordered regular visitation schedule and take it from there. If she chooses to keep getting in the way of your visitations I would take her back to court.... it looks bad on the parent who puts the kid in the middle.

2.5 year wait over. Spent a few hours with the kid he caught his first fish. He's in good form so thats the main thing.

And now I'm back and I realize something. THIS IS SOFA KING GRIM. This has been going on for literally a decade.

From what I remember you saying in the past was that you were present for every court appearance but your ex partner was not. That should count in your favour at least

Yeah that was cool. I just bought a cheap rod in some junk shop he insisted on taking me to, even though me and the store guy had to convince him that this was a good idea. It's a good video! His commentary level is still bordering on expert: "Ok so here's me catching my first fish, I'm just bringing it in now. (he lifts it out of the water and around to the camera) "It's a big one" (tiny little thing, perch)… "It's a big disgusting but, I caught one anyway… Ok so, end the video now". Then he goes "I'l edit out that part at the end" lol. Good day anyway

x2, good producer. 'Mystic Voyage' is a good track.

He also wrote, produced or had his hand in a lot of soul & funk records in his day.

Real sexy top, groovy mid and funky bottom on that! I love it, rare groove baby

This is true. Gotta keep my head straight and stuck in the music this week. I'm compiling a few house mixes actually. Was really tired last night
