Up @ 5am. ...

Ran my errands early to avoid the stifling humidity here today. Might visit dad if I can get my anxiety in check. I must say, feeling damn good about today's outlook !!! I never even took my emergency xanax !!!!!!! Have a "date" @ 10am, have my medical insurance problem 100% fixed. Today feels special.... If it wasn't a pain to change sigs on the mobile version, this would be mine today ....

Sounds like you have a great day planned and a lot of good stuff done already. I know my anxiety is much better when I have a plan in place and keep busy, wishing the same for you today.

I am in allot of pain from what I put my body through yesterday; but was a very good day. Pain or not. Got to see my fav cousin & her kids who adore me. But today I might accept the ride she offered yesterday haha
