Welcome back Dynamite. Keeping busy can definitely help...but having a firm sobriety plan can help even more. Do you have one? Can we help you form one if you don't?

I have a very addictive personality, with drink and gambling. so from here on out I plan to make exercise my addiction. bike rides, and running. maybe enter some races after awhile, to have something to focus on and prepare for.
