To be sober is natural, how we were born and how nature intended....We are the "normal" ones. Its society thats gone mad.

My body always rejects rotten grape juice as quickly as it can .

The only thing that drove me to drink were the thoughts in my own head .

As humans we don't like to discard thoughts but it is possible to drop them like molten balls of iron , some of them are just as injurious to ourselves .

For me remembering the amount of fun I had when I was a child, before I even knew what alcohol was became a great perspective to have when the thoughts of I need alcohol to have a happy life, or what will I do without alcohol.

Before alcohol life was alright, and it can be just as alright now!!
