Thank you all. It actually sucked.... made it through tho proud to say. I ended up taking melatonin and going to bed early to ease my anxiety. Its truly hard to figure out what to do with my time. I usually spend my night time drinking myself to sleep. I am so glad to have found this site.

Congrats on 4 days ejsomba! That is wonderful!

I think you will find a way to fill up those empty evenings......I am so busy now that I wonder how I found time to sit around and drink!
Even rode the exercise bike this week.....had to move to laundry to do it!
