I would never have thought

That after ! week sober how better I'd feel in many ways. Yesterday was hard. Just want anyone thinking of quitting that I was in the gutter mentally a week ago ,family upset, etc now I am on the way up. Lot of work to do but getting that first week done feels great. Just hope this encourages even 1 person.
