Well I broke contact with her again. Had a nightmare that I relapsed drinking last night. Just putting myself through too much stress. I sent her a long letter and blocked all communication. In person hasn't been working. I'm too nice and she knows my weaknesses way too well. I hope this is it. I caved last time. I don't intend to this time.
