I just couldn't do one more hangover. Could you imagine?

Great job. I had some white knuckle moments around Christmas. Feels so good to wake up the next morning hangover free.

Same thing happened me last year.
Had unbelievable cravings but the support on here got me through a horrible 24 hours.
Woke up next day feeling absolutely amazed that i hadn't given in. Since then things have got so much easier. That was 7 months ago and still going strong.
Those little words of encouragement that are a constantly given here literally saves lives. Brilliant stuff!

Whether you drink 6 beers or 30 I guarantee you will regret it in the morning. How about you make your favorite food or drink for favorite non alcoholic beverage. Maybe watch a T.V. show. Our alcoholic voices are crazy, , you are going to be filled with much regret and shame if you drink. You worked hard to get that 2.5 months...don't throw it away!
