another day over. fifth day done!
day 5 is over-i absolutely cannot believe i have done this twice now-it is so exciting. i was planning on drinking tonight as it was a hard day and i even told my partner that i would drink tonight, but then i couldn't bring myself to actually do it. it was tough-mainly because i was bored, but i did it. again!!!!
my mind feels relatively fine although i sometimes feel 'drunk' while sober-things just don't seem quite real somehow. plus i am being a lazy arse and eating whatever i feel like-but i deserve it!
hard work really does reap good rewards. i am so glad i am doing this.
thank you to everyone for your support so far. even though i don't post until around midnight or later, i am on the forum often reading and gaining confidence in myself. 'reasons to drink today' is massively helpful! x

Way to go! At first I had a shock when I read the title of your message because I thought it said "another day over, done a fifth!" Glad I was wrong.
