22 days of consecutive sobriety today. Things are improving in my life, as they always do when I don't drink. Over the past year, I drank a total of 6 times, (6 days) spread out over 365 days. I thought that was pretty good. I know that it is never good. I did things, said things, bought things, I didn't intend to and ended up places I didn't intend to be. It is such a loss of who I really am when I drink. One day at a time, I sincerely want to be sober 365 days in a row this time.

Others may disagree with me, but 6 days a year is much better than 6 days a week. Still sounds like there has been negative consequences though. Correct? Great job on 23 days.
