Returning after rehab

Hello all,

I last posted a couple of months ago, when I was considering going to inpatient rehab but having doubts.

Well, a while after that, things got worse and I decided to go for it. For me personally, it proved to be a great experience.

I left rehab this morning and am just back from an AA meeting I attended tonight.

I never want to go back to the hell I was in 4 weeks ago before rehab.

29 days sober today, and so thankful.

I intend to really use this site properly again to help me, and hopefully I can help others too.

I'm off to another AA meeting this afternoon, I'm finding them tremendously helpful.

Welcome back and congratulations on your 30 days. I did inpatient then AA. Both were invaluable to get me started on a new life. After a brief relapse I added SR to the mix with AA and started reaching out more on here and in real life.
