50 Days
Well Friday was day 50, and I'm really pleased with myself. Ran a 10km race yesterday much faster than I expected to, life is good!
Some extreme mood swings last week, but the last 4 or 5 days have been reasonably stable.
My anxiety levels are much much lower, no sign of impending panic attacks. Plus I've lost 7kg so far - 13 more to go. My head is still as bald as it was when I was drinking though
