Cemetary
I drove by a cemetery today on the way to a doctors appointment. It shocked me and made me really worried about my future if I ever continue to get drunk 3-5 days a week. Have any of you ever wondered what your liver looks like after serious benders? It's probably fighting for life every morning as you sleep. I certainly don't want this for myself and I feel as if I need to continue to fight as hard as I've ever fought before. I apologize for all the recent posts of mine where I was a anxious and panic ridden mess. I feel like my mind is back to where it should be and I'm going to continue to fight. On a sidenote, I am on day three and cannot stop sweating! It is really annoying as even me taking five steps towards the kitchen will cause me to break out into a huge sweat..it's annoying but I know by day 4 or day five, i'll be back normal. I don't want to die and none of us here should have to worry about that either. Keep up the good fight everyone. We can do it.

Make sure you hydrate, the sweating is your body getting rid of the poison!
About dying. Yeah, it's the main reason why I am done with booze. I know I will die eventually, but it will be from something else. I can't control how I will die, but I sure dam choose not to die from booze.

The sweats will calm down eventually and there is no need to apoligise

cemetary are good reminders, i have visited a few in last couple of years, as a couple of my friends are dead from alcohol and drugs, mainly drink driving accidents, but one of my old drink buddies dropped dead, he use to drink a fifth of 100 proof whiskey/bourbon per day straight.
Another reason i decided to stop drinking 20 beers a day, it sucks! No fun.

Hey Scared
I think most of us have those fears - it's also true that most of us find the prognosis is not as bad as we feared.
The sooner we quit drinking, the better chance we give our minds and bodies to recover without permanent damage.
