First aa meeting today

Teebee I totally understand the fear I was so nervous, but it's honestly been the best decision I've made in a long time -just showing up. I feel like I have some hope now, that's an incredible relief. I hope you find a way to go

Keep it up! When I first started going I would get very nervous. I still get nervous before I share. I would always feel good leaving. Something you say can help someone else and something they say can help you!
