Back again
I am not going to give up. I feel so much better when I stop but get sucked into my mind telling me I can have one. Ended up drinking again after being an abusive relationship and then just spiralled. Left him and am just trying to get back on track. Here we go a gain, I think of the Dolly Parton Song.

Hi and welcome back.
You probably know what to do and you can start right now. I unfortunately procrastinated for too long and this disease I found never gets better unless we stop drinking entirely. I and many use AA which works when we work it and stick to it.
Many choose another approach which may work if followed for the long term.

Welcome back, ring.
I am so sorry to hear about the abusive relationship you were in; glad you had the courage and strength to leave.
You can get back on track to sobriety and a much better and healthier life.
Do you have any face to face support?

ring you seem to be in a good mindest. You deserve better than all of this.
Alcohol will try to convince you that you need it to get through your rough times. But you must stay focused and not listen. We were not meant to deal with our problems by numbing our minds with substances.
But you're back and sound determined so get after it!
