marry Christmas everyone
marry Christmas everyone
Hello SR,
I am awake at 3am. I am grateful that I am sober. I am grateful that I am able to provide a Christmas for my kids. I am grateful for having a job. I know I can focus on the negative things is life, and if I focus long enough, the negative will run me down. I am going to change my line of thinking for the new year but it will start today. I hope everyone has a safe and sober Christmas.

The best thing about my sober Christmas is...
My Christmas just began, but I thought a thread reminding ourselves of why we're staying sober this Christmas might be useful.
For me, so far, waking up next to my partner and enjoying a cuddle instead of turning away and muttering because I'm tired from a poor night's sleep!
