Your post damn near made me cry!

Update last night I had 1 glass of wine

Previous night I had 4 beers

Tonight I'm not going to drink.

I know going cold turkey is not recommended but detoxxing as an inpatient isn't an option because of my job.

I also know I'm in for a bumpy ride but I intend to see it through this time.

I don't want might my kids to remember their childhood as being crap like I did
