Really worried about tomorrow
Friday has always been my hardest day. I think the stress of the work week builds up and then Friday it feels good to be done so I feel like I can finally celebrate along with a recovery day. I just need to build new habits.
Friday has always been my hardest day as well NewDay.
Where I live, it's party mode central...and Fridays are the worst.
I have armed myself with a ton of videos and books, and of course I have not-so-little V to look after.
Every Friday we get through makes us stronger. ♥
Sending you love,
V xx

What can you do now to treat yourself and have a little celebration at the end of the week, any ideas?

Well done!
And I agree: you still need to treat yourself, just not with the "trick" of alcohol. Any ideas? For me, Mondays are my hardest day: I used to come home and drink a bottle of wine as a reward for getting through a series of difficult meetings with difficult folks. Now, I have a plan for Mondays: fresh flowers for my office, a special and scrumptious lunch, a fancy coffee for the commute in. What routine might you establish for Friday that will make you feel like the special person that you are?

Glad you made it home, safe & sober. Keep in mind the AV will try to catch you today as you might be complacent / not as vigilant as you were on the tough Friday. Stay strong.
