I have arranged to work from home today, not feeling any better in myself really, woken up, extremely lethargic, brain fog, slight headache almost like I'm hungover, starting to think it is something perhaps thyroid related but no idea at this stage.
I have arranged annual leave for the whole of next week which gives me the opportunity to breathe and rest away from all the responsibility at work.
I'm at a bad place with my girlfriend, arguments galore over the last 48 hours. I keep saying I don't feel well but she doesn't get it.
Hopefully I can sustain being sober above all.

Do speak to your doctor.
Specially about B vitamin deficiencies. Most Alcoholics are depleted from it. It is responsible for the control of the nervous system and support of it's functions.
Could explain your anxiety.
