Recovery

Hello, my name is Phillip and I'm an alcoholic.......I've been sober for 9 months
My counselor recommended this as part of my recovery

Did your counselor give you any hint as to how this would help?

Reading and learning? Seeing how others are coping? Offering advice and support to others? Asking for support or advice? All of this is available here.
